Sectionals Send Off
On Tuesday , November 5th we will be holding the eastern Sectional Send Off. Our Sectional qualifiers will all be exhibiting at 1:40pm on Rink 1. We hope since many of you are off from school that you will come out and cheer on our 2020 Sectional competitors.
JCP Seminar – IJS
IJS Seminars
8:30am - 9:10am Advance and Excel Intro to IJS
9:20am - 10:10am High Performance IJS Expanded ( Bring your Regional Protocol)
These will be held in the back party rooms and do not interfere with the regular skating schedule.
JCP Seminar – Progression through USFS
Seminar focus is on helping parents understanding the Progression through United States Figure Skating. Prep Parents are REQUIRED to attend, all others are welcome to attend. Skaters will be on the ice during the seminar.

JCP Seminar – “Warm Up”
Importance of an off ice warm up prior to taking the ice is crucial to injury prevention and physically and mentally preparing the body for instruction/practice on the ice. We will hold a seminar on October 21st for all levels of JCP at their scheduled off ice class time, to teach a level appropriate warm up. Parents are welcome to attend. These will be held in the back party rooms instead of the training room in order to accommodate the parents.
