ANNUAL MEETING

IWSC would like to invite you to our
Annual Meeting/Report
Monday, June 4, 2012
On-ice games and activites will begin at 5:00 PM on Rink 2. The Meeting/Report will begin at 5:00 PM in the back party rooms and is limited to adult members.
This event is FREE for ALL CLUB MEMBERS!
There will be a $15 charge to all non-members as this is a catered event.
*** Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted to be dropped off and left at the rink without supervision for the Annual Meeting/Report.
All children under the age of 12 must have a parent in the building during this event. ***
Please RSVP to Lisa Shaw by May 30, 2012.
No late responses will be accepted for this catered event.
Any CLUB MEMBER, 18 years of age or older, who cannot attend this meeting and would like to vote in the election of new Board Members is asked to pick up a ballot from Lisa Shaw on one of the following dates: May 30, May 31, June 1 or June 4. You may also vote by Proxy.

2012 LIBERTY SUMMER COMPETITION

UPDATE: 5/1/2012 Tot (age 7 and under), Limited Beginner and Beginner events have been added.

DATES: Tuesday, July 17 through Saturday, July 21, 2012

LOCATION: IceWorks Skating Club

CHAIRPERSON: Lisa Shaw

CHIEF REFEREE: William Fitzpatrick

SANCTION: This event is sanctioned by United States Figure Skating and Skate Canada

*** This is a USFS Sanctioned Trial Judge Competition ***

Application Deadline Date: May 1, 2012

Applications must be on site by 5:00 PM on the deadline date.
All applications submitted or received after that will be considered late and
will only be accepted at the discretion of the Test Chair.
Remember: There are no refunds for test withdrawals.
