About IceWorks Skating Club

A US Figure Skating Association member

IceWorks Skating Club (IWSC) was formed to support figure skating and to promote a friendly community of figure skaters at IceWorks Skating Complex, a 4-surface ice skating facility in Aston, PA.

History

IWSC held its first meeting in March, 1998.  In January 1999, the club received interim probationary status as a member club of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA).  At that time, the club enrolled the necessary minimum of 25 home-club members.  In May, 1999, the USFSA General council voted IceWorks SC a regular probationary member.  IceWorks Skating Club received its full member status as a USFSA club in May 2000.
